If you don't want or can't use what you ordered, return it for a full cash refund.
 On the other hand, if you've used it, folded it, taken a bite out of it or messed it up in any other way -- you own it.

Non-printed materials require prior authorization before return. FPE may refund or replace defective merchandise at our option. Non-printed materials returned for any reason other than refund or replacement of defective products or returned without authorization may be subject to a restocking charge. Buyer pays all shipping.
