order and shipping information

We generally need 3-5 business days to process an order after it has been received or taken on the phone. Most orders take 3 to 10 days in transit. This easily consumes 2 to 3 weeks. If the buyer opts for 2nd day shipping, this saves transit time to them. We apologize but the processing time cannot be speeded up. Please understand, we try to be as quick as possible with all orders but need time to give each order the attention it deserves - especially yours.

S&H Charges:
If you order online - the program will add shipping charges and give you some options for delivery. In a few cases, foreign in particularly, if the charges exceed the actual shipping and handling charges, we will adjust the cost down and your credit card will only be charged the lower amount.
Continental US and Canadian orders shipped via 4th class U.S. Mail
Under $50.00 - (merchandise only)	add $7.50
$50 to $125.00 -	add $9.50
over $125.00 - Books only	no shipping charges on book orders only (will be deducted in office)
Orders over $125.00 - shopping cart will supply shipping charges - if ordering by mail $12.50 over $125.00 plus $2.00 every hundred OR we will compute shipping charges and add to your order total. Call for shipping quote if you would prefer.
Where UPS ground is desired or required (lower 48 states only) add: $2.50 to any order

Foreign Orders: Add the amount indicated below depending on weight of order and desired delivery service.
Regular delivery (3 to 8 day shipping time) Orders under 5 books	add $8.00
6 to 10 books	add $12.00
11 to 20 books	add $20.00
Priority Mail Global Guaranteed: Orders to 10 books	add$35.00 (2-3 days shipping time - see note below)
Some items such as knives, smoke bombs, cannon fuse etc. cannot be sent to any foreign country.
Note: Foreign orders ship mostly by Global Priority Mail or air mail, depending on which service is available for a specific destination. These take 3 to 8 business days shipping time. A new option called Priority Mail Global Guaranteed is offered by the postal service. This guarantees 2-3 business day delivery to over 200 countries and territories (major cities only in some cases) around the globe. Judging by the list, any country receiving US Mail is part of the PMGG delivery program, even the island of Reunion. (no kidding, this is a country on the list) Check the website www.pmgg.usps.com for a listing of available destinations. We will be happy to ship using PMGG if available
